Philips Sonicare: User Guide & Exploded Model

I studied a Sonicare Flexcare Toothbrush from Philips to give myself a better understanding of the product's general usage, how the it was manufactured, and how its parts work in conjunction with one another. There are a lot of components packed into a fairly small case, which I found to be an impressive feat.

This spread for the Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush emulates the feel of a visual user guide that one could receive in the box. Simple illustrations show the contents of the package and what to expect in setup & daily operation of the device and its accessories.

I took apart the toothbrush to examine the components and internal construction. This provides me with a clearer understanding of the various manufacturing techniques used by taking a look at the integration of molded plastics & bent sheet metal to name a few.
